Deciding to sell your home is a crucial decision and the selling process can be quite demanding. It’s not an easy job to selling a home. It’s a process. You just don’t publish your home, meet a purchaser, negotiate and sell it, but there’s a checklist to sell your home. The house selling checklists include a few procedures you must do in the correlation of house selling.

This is the checklist you must pay more attentions to sell your home:

- Know about what you may improve or not in your house, what you may improve such as interior, exterior and what you may not improve such as location, style, etc.

- Decide whether you’ll put a house warranty to your home or not.

- Find a few tips to purchase a new home while you’ve sold your old one.

- Decide for closing and settlement to a purchaser.

- Making moving plans.
