November Home Maintenance Projects
Here are some projects that are ideally undertaken in or around November:
1. Shut off the water to the washing machine and remove water supply hoses. Check washers. Replace hoses that are damages, or where fittings are badly corroded. Check the owner’s manual for any other maintenance recommendations.
2. Inspect crawl space after rain for water accumulation or excessive moisture. Do not block vents to a crawl space.
3. Check furnace filter. Clean or replace if necessary.
